Linux in actual conditions
The Linux Systems Lab is a working record of installation, compatibility, performance, and maintenance experiments across laptops, workstations, and small servers. Fedora is the primary environment, with other distributions used when comparison is useful.
Tests cover firmware behavior, graphics stacks, power management, storage, virtualization, peripherals, and the operational details that determine whether a machine is merely supported or genuinely dependable.
Method
Findings are documented with hardware identifiers, software versions, reproduction steps, and observed tradeoffs so they can inform both individual setups and broader deployment decisions.
