Supplier and scope
Turel.io is operated by HTR Dış Ticaret A.Ş., an Istanbul-based business working globally. These terms govern the Turel.io website, the global Turel.io account, and commercial products made available by Turel.io, including PO Reviewer.
Product-specific terms or notices may supplement these terms. The PO Reviewer terms available within the product apply specifically to its file-inspection and AI-review service. If a product-specific term conflicts with these general terms, the product-specific term controls for that product only.
Accounts and acceptable use
Account creation is free. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the security of your credentials, and for activity under your account. Do not use the services unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, or submit content you do not have the right to process.
PO Reviewer and credits
PO inspection and a usage quote are free. AI review requires prepaid PO Reviewer credits and has a minimum charge of 250 credits. Credits belong to PO Reviewer and are not represented as usable across other Turel.io products. No subscription is required, and account creation includes no free AI credits. Unused credits remain available according to the applicable PO Reviewer product policy.
AI-assisted output is provided to support human review. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to rely on review findings and for checking outputs appropriate to your use.
Payments and Merchant of Record
When purchases become available, purchases are processed by Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle handles payment and card information under its own terms and privacy practices. Turel.io does not receive or store full payment-card details. Publication of these terms does not mean checkout is currently available.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services when reasonably necessary. Product descriptions and current pricing will be published on the relevant Turel.io pages.
