Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles returns and purchase-related customer service. Any refund is subject to the terms presented for the order and applicable consumer law.
Requesting a refund
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle with your order details. You may also write to info@turel.io for help identifying the appropriate purchase-support route. Do not send payment-card details by email.
PO Reviewer credits
PO Reviewer uses prepaid credits rather than a subscription. PO inspection and quoting are free; credits are consumed only when an AI review is requested. The applicable PO Reviewer product policy and the terms shown during purchase provide the specific conditions for an order. This global policy does not create or remove refund rights stated there or provided by law.
